Here at SwaddleBee, Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Our products are baby products and products for immunocompromised kids, teens and adults. Hygiene is a top priority and therefore we can not accept any returns or exchanges. If you are hesitant, please try someone else's or check out our retailers to feel the product.
Please note, due to different screen lighting, products may not show exact accurate color although our photographer uses high end technology and all products pictures are 100% accurate. We are not responsible for customers screen light differences, colors can not be exchanged. If you are unsure, best to find a retailer or friend to see in person first
If an item arrives damaged please email us and we will be sure to resolve your problem. If you received the wrong item, we will allow returns up to 2 weeks from when product is marked delivered (so please check you got the correct item) and if not we will send you a return shipping label and replace the item. If your package arrived but you did not open the wrapping (at all, untouched) and want to exchange, we may allow that under specific circumstances- so reach out and we will work it out. (Customer will be responsible for shipping if it's not a faulty item) this doesn't apply for sale items.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT ARE STOLEN OR LOST ONCE MARKED DELIVERED ON TRACKING INFORMATION. Customers deal directly with shipping company.
